Flim Flam and Other Such Gobbledygook
Melica Hudgens, with illustrations by Jay Fontano
It’s party time in the barnyard! But some of the animals don’t want to invite everyone. This adorable rhyming children’s book reminds us that little differences don’t matter and that we can be friends with everyone, even if we don’t all look the same. Contains fun words to read and has colorful illustrations. It’s a perfect bedtime book to enjoy again and again!
Melica, I so enjoyed meeting you today. I forgot to give you the date for Lit Jam ’18. The date if Thursday, February 22, 2018. The event is held at Diamond View School. I am so excited that I got to meet you today.
I likewise enjoyed meeting you, Mr. Hall, and love the idea of Lit Jam – involving young writers and artists in such a fun, creative way to celebrate the arts!
I am honored to be able to be a part of this fantastic event, and look forward to sharing my enthusiasm for writing with the students of Lassen County!
Cheers,
Melica
